The Ando Soy Sauce Brewery was established in 1889. In May of 2022, they expanded their operations to include sweets incorporating soy sauce in order to improve their brand recognition. This range includes soft serve that's immensely popular with children as well as a perfectly-textured custard pudding topped with a swirl of caramel sauce and soy sauce. The soy sauce added to their cafe au lait adds an extra depth to the flavor as well as an enticiing aftertaste. Of course, they still sell classic soy sauce, as well as other varieities like light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and dashi soy sauce.
