This café is run by a farmer who specializes in growing tropical fruits such as mangos using minimal pesticides. These fresh fruits find new life as toppings on parfaits and shaved ice, or as ingredients in other sweets.
The produce is fertilized with a proprietary mix of high-quality granite soil, making it rich in nutrients. The mangos especially are grown with love until they're so sweet and juicy that just one bite is enough to fill your mouth with sweet, fresh mango flavor.
