Café Nigari Emon
A special tofu lunch with six kinds of delicious tofu dishes!
This café is run by the number one producer of bittern (called "nigari") in Japan. Bittern, which is a by-product of sea salt production that contains many healthy salts, is an essential part of tofu-making. Try it for yourself in their Tofu-Making Class.
Our recommended “Tofu Lunch” is hearty, healthy, and full of tofu, soybeans, and soy milk!
