This delicious and unique spread is a collaborative effort between Cassia Bonita, a dedicated cheese shop, and Maruoka Miso and Koji, a Mitoyo-based company that has been producing traditional Japanese condiments since 1864. Slightly acidic cream cheese combines with salt koji to create a sweet and salty dessert cheese spread. The small lumps remaining from the koji blend into the cream cheese for an overall pleasant texture. Spread it on bread or crackers for a snack.
The packaging has been designed with a distinctly Japanese flair, making it a perfect souvenir of your visit!
