Teahouse Chakura

A classicly Japanese cafe with an ocean view. Eat healthy with the vegetable-packed Weekly Lunch

This quiet cafe is located within the grounds of Ishizuchi-jingu Shrine. On sunny days, the view from the windows reaches all the way to the Seto Ohashi Bridge, while Spring bring the sight of cherry blossoms and wisteria. The chef recommends their weekly rotating lunch set, featuring lots of locally-grown vegetables and recipes that are good for the health. There are usually 15-20 vegetable dishes in use, so if you're craving vegetables, a Chakura lunch will be sure to calm those cravings. Soups include broth made from Ibuki sardines as well as miso soup made from house-made miso.
