Of course, they have delicious udon, but the most popular item in this shop is actually their chuuka soba, or ramen. Their broth recipe has been passed down and polished through the generations, resulting in a soup that is complex but not overly seasoned; the vegetables and seafood used in the stock come through cleanly.
