Made with udon dough for a uniquely delicious gyoza

Everything in these gyoza is locally produced, including the cabbage, pork, and sea salt. The gyoza skins are made in the same way as sanuki udon, which gives the finished product a wonderfully chewy texture. Try the Mitoyo Gyoza, filled with umami flavors and steamed to perfection. The pan-fried gyoza available in-store are fragrant with ao shiso that lightens the flavor.
Gyoza Boogie will soon be debuting as a food truck as well!
