This takeout-only shop was opened by local favorite IZAKAYA jiji and offers a wide selection of creative dishes featuring fresh, seasonal local ingredients.
With an interior reminiscent of an upscale department store food hall and elements of a marché, the shop also sells delicious local vegetables, sweets, processed foods, and more. The selection changes daily and weekly.
Prepared by a chef specializing in French cuisine, the menu features a variety of creative international dishes that are not so easy to make at home—all available to take away. There is also a section devoted to yakuzen (traditional medicinal cuisine), offering even more ways to enjoy the shop.
“I want to introduce local people to great ingredients and products from the area that even they may not know about. Together with the farmers and producers who support us, I want this to be a shop that helps create what comes next.”
The takeout shop was born from the owner's desire to bring this idea to life.
