Marufuku Udon

A thoroughly vetted and refined bowl of udon that goes down smooth.

Marufuku's udon is made using 5 different varieties of salt according to the temperature and humidity of any given day for the best eating experience. The flour and broth have been similarly carefully selected, and their popular dishes Niku Bukkake Udon and Kama Niku Tama are topped with sweetly flavored meat. In the Summer, beat the heat with their seasonal favorite Tororo Bukkake Udon topped with gooey Japanese yam.

The inspiration for the opening of this shop comes from the owner's own experience. The owner used to be a long-haul trucker, and frequently found themself wishing for a specific kind of udon shop. From that wish, Marufuku Udon was born.
Everything in the shop is made with the customers' health in mind- side dishes are prepared with seasonal vegetables, and fried foods are prepared with a reduced quantity of oil. This shop is popular with a broad clientele, including both locals and long-haul truckers.
