Nebokedo

A taste of Old Japan for an everyday modern diet.

The owner of this senbei shop learned their craft at Nebokedo in Osaka. After mastering the art of senbei-making, they returned to their hometown to open their own shop, of the same name in honor of their training.
While senbei are often made from rice flour, Nebokedo's senbei are made from a mixture that includes wheat flour, sugar, and eggs, giving it a distinct taste and texture unusual in this region.
Each senbei is perfectly baked with the skill born of years of experience, allowing the simple, traditional flavors to take the forefront. A taste of Old Japan for an everyday modern diet.

Varieties include peanut, adzuki, egg, sesame, almond, and more!
