Opened in March 2024, this Japanese seafood restaurant offers an authentic taste of the Setouchi Sea.
Housed in a renovated traditional Japanese home near Chichibugahama Beach, the restaurant’s warm and welcoming atmosphere is part of its charm.
The owner, who previously operated a seafood restaurant in Shikokuchuo City, Ehime, prepares dishes using as many locally sourced fish and vegetables as possible, with the hope that guests can fully enjoy the region’s seasonal flavors.
During the day, the restaurant serves lunch, while in the evening it becomes a Japanese seafood dining experience centered around seasonal dishes.
The recommended dinner option is the mini kaiseki course.
The “Setouchi Yuzen” mini kaiseki course features an array of dishes including assorted Setouchi sashimi, seafood kamameshi rice, sautéed dishes, freshly fried tempura, and seasonal desserts.
