This creative Japanese restaurant is run by a chef who trained at renowned traditional restaurants in Kansai and later served for more than a decade as head chef at wedding venues in Kagawa.
Using vibrant vegetables sourced from local farmers and fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, each dish is beautifully presented and highlights the mild yet rich flavors of the ingredients themselves.
Lunch reservations are recommended, especially for the popular “Irodori Gozen,” a beautifully arranged set meal featuring a wide variety of dishes.
In the evening, the restaurant offers seasonal course meals as well as a rich selection of à la carte dishes that showcase the flavors of the season.
Memorial service meals and hors d’oeuvres are also available for takeout with advance reservation.
