Bright Green Bushes Produce 80% of Kagawa's Tea

80% of all green tea produced in Kagawa Prefecture is grown here, in Takase, Mitoyo. The hills of the Ninomiya area in the South of Takase are covered in walls of bright green tea bushes. Come to Nionomiya's Furusato Festival at the end of April each year to try your hand at tea harvesting.
