Tonkatsu Gyoten serves lunch prepared by Gyoten Shokuhin, a long-established butcher shop founded in the Meiji era.
Believing that tonkatsu is the best way to enjoy pork, the owner personally selects Kagawa's Olive Pork for the restaurant's signature dish.
Coated in fresh breadcrumbs and fried until crisp, the tonkatsu combines a crunchy exterior with the delicate sweetness of the pork's light, flavorful fat.
Try it plain first, then with lemon and salt, and finally with the house-made sauce to enjoy the different flavors.
Mixed set meals are also available, featuring tonkatsu alongside crispy, juicy fried shrimp, croquettes, and other favorites. Be sure to stop by for lunch!
