Tonkatsu, or fried pork cutlet, is the star of this restaurant. Choose between loin and tenderloin cuts. Your chosen cut is then coated in fine panko crumbs and fried in vegetable oil until it's crisp and juicy. Finally it's served with their special sauce, which combines worcestershire sauce and ketchup for a sweet and tangy twist on typical tonkatsu sauce.
