(Kagawa, Shikoku, Japan) UDON HOUSE is a traditional Japanese house transformed into a hands-on Sanuki udon school/dormitory that opened in October 2018.
In their Basic Program (1 night 2 days), guests will spend the first day taking the Udon Master Class and getting a tour of local farms providing ingredients for udon and udon toppings. Make udon from scratch under the guidance of local udon specialists complete with vegetable tempura and delicious dashi broth.
After spending the night, start the next day by "udon hopping" at two nearby establishments for a typical Sanuki udon breakfast.
