Tuna specialty restaurant and birthplace of Tsukedon

The birthplace of Fatty Tuna Tsukedon draws fans from far and wide. The chef is a Tokyo-born tuna master who sources their tuna from Tokyo's Toyosu area to spread its deliciousness within Kagawa as well.
The chef recommends the Otordon, topped with lots of fatty bluefin tuna marinated in a house-made sauce, or the Tsukedon, topped with the delicious red flesh of the bigeye tuna. Or try the two-for-one Nishokudon topped with both squid and red-fleshed tuna.
