<Mt. Shiude's Advanced Reservation System>
There are only 60 parking spaces for passenger cars and 3 for buses at the summit.During the cherry blossom season, heavy crowds and traffic congestion occur, soaccess to the summit is strictly limited to five designated time slots per day (complete turnover system).Tour buses may enter the summit area only with a parking reservation. ※Large buses are not allowed to enter (only medium-sized buses and smaller are permitted). ※There is no shuttle bus service from the base of the mountain.

Process from Reservation to Day of Visit
Make an online reservation for your preferred date and time.
We recommend creating a Peatix account in advance for smoother booking.
After making a reservation, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. Please check the details carefully.
On the reserved date and time, come to “Ohama Fishing Port(大浜漁港).” Make sure to check your assigned meeting time.
The group representative should visit the check-in tent.
Please present the QR code on your mobile device or a printed copy.
You will complete check-in, payment, and receive the Mt. Shiude guide pamphlets.
At the designated departure time, board the chartered bus arranged by your group and head directly to the summit.
Enjoy cherry blossom viewing at the summit.

Mt. Shiude does not allow large buses on the mountain road. Please arrange a medium-sized bus or smaller for your visit. Local bus companies offer shuttle services using microbuses from the foot of Mt. Shiude. Please note that this service is separate from the summit parking reservation and requires a separate fee. After completing your reservation for the Mt. Shiude summit parking area, please book your bus individually.

Zentsuji Temple Iroha Hall (Buddhist Cuisine)
Zentsuji is the birthplace of Kobo Daishi (Kukai), the founder of Shingon Buddhism, and is the 75th temple of the Shikoku Pilgrimage.

<Important Notes and Cancellation Policy for Reservations>
・You may apply for up to two bus reservations (two tickets) for a single time slot per reservation.
・If you need to reserve more than 2 buses, please submit a separate reservation for the additional vehicles.
・No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted due to cherry blossom conditions or weather-related reasons.
・Travel agencies: If your tour is confirmed to be canceled, please cancel your reservation promptly, as there may be other customers on the waiting list.
・If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the Mitoyo Tourism and Exchange Authority via Peatix message at least 30 days before the reserved date. Please include the following information: ①Name under which the reservation was made
、②Company name、③Reserved date and time、④Group name (A–E)、⑤Number of buses to cancel. The cancellation will only be considered complete after you receive a confirmation message from us.(Please note: You cannot cancel your reservation yourself directly.)
・Travel agencies that make excessive reservations and cancellations without valid reason may be prohibited from booking next year.
・For same-day cancellations, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged, regardless of whether or not you contact us in advance.
<Important Notes for Your Visit>
・Transportation from the meeting/registration point at Ōhama Fishing Port to the summit parking lot must be arranged by each group individually.
・Buses will depart from Ōhama Fishing Port in the order of check-in. As a result, there may be slight variations in arrival and stay times at the summit parking lot within each group.
・The road to Mt. Shiude is extremely narrow, with several areas where vehicles may risk slipping off the edge. Please drive with utmost caution. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any accidents or trouble involving your vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
<Regarding Cancellations Due to Cherry Blossom Conditions or Natural Disasters>
・Depending on the state of the cherry blossoms or the level of congestion, traffic restrictions may be lifted before the originally scheduled period ends. If the traffic control is lifted, entry to the mountain will be at your own risk. In such cases, we will notify you via email to your registered address and proceed with the cancellation process.
・If the organizers determine that access to the mountain is dangerous due to natural disasters or severe weather, the same cancellation procedure will apply.

・Events and traffic regulations may be canceled at the discretion of the organizers. Please note that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses you have arranged independently.
<Cherry Blossom Conservation>
To preserve the cherry trees, pruning of diseased or damaged branches is regularly carried out. As a result, the scenery may differ from the images shown.
